Common Questions

Before you get in touch

Yes. I work primarily with organisations based in Switzerland and Western Europe, but I have operated across 35+ markets and am comfortable with engagements in France, Germany, Benelux, the UK, and internationally when the engagement warrants it. Most advisory work can be structured as a combination of on-site and virtual sessions.
Primarily with the CEO and CHRO, and with the executive team when the engagement requires it. I am not an HR generalist available to support HR operations my advisory is positioned at the intersection of strategy and people leadership, and the primary relationship is always with the most senior decision-maker.
Because the right answer almost always depends on the diagnosis. I have seen organisations try to solve culture problems with structure, and talent problems with process. The diagnostic is how I make sure the advice I give is actually calibrated to your specific situation not a generic framework applied to a context it doesn't fit. It is also the lowest-risk way for both of us to begin: a defined scope, a fixed fee, and a clear deliverable. If the work is useful, the next step is obvious. If it isn't, we haven't committed to anything larger.
Typically 3–5 active mandates, depending on their intensity. I deliberately limit my client base to ensure that every engagement gets the quality of attention it deserves. If I am at capacity when you reach out, I will tell you and we can discuss a timeline that works for both of us.
Primarily in CHF for Swiss-based clients. EUR invoicing is available for clients based in the EU or EEA. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice. For project mandates over CHF 20,000, 50% is invoiced on signing and 50% on delivery of the final deliverable.
For the initial discovery conversation, I operate under implicit confidentiality I do not share what is discussed with anyone. For formal engagements, I sign a standard mutual NDA before any work begins and before you share sensitive internal information. A template is available on request.
